Cathal (the "t" is silent) Armstrong, inspired by his parents' own passion for food, began to develop his culinary skill at an early age in his native Ireland. His family was unlike any other in Dublin at the time; they grew their own fruit and vegetable garden, ate plenty of garlic and had a thriving travel business.

At Restaurant Eve one will find two, distinct menus and dining experiences in two, separate rooms. The Bistro's menu is rustic and soulful. The Tasting Room; our culinary showcase. Both menus celebrate the simple elegance and flavors of each season. Inspiration stems from returning to the source and the desire to extend to you, purely, good cooking.

A look into the 'visual expression' of the people behind the scenes.
Here you'll find a large format, surreal, series by artist/photographer Ken Wyner and other
photographers styled by Meshelle Armstrong as seen in Food Arts Magazine and to be published in Restaurant Eve's future book.
"When guests leave our restaurant, they see the photos we've created and they always make them laugh. So, we turned them into postcards and they've made their way around the world.
While we take what we 'do' very seriously, we never take ourselves the same way-
Enjoy the photos!"-Meshelle Armstrong
